MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This position provides all levels of transaction support to our members, via phone and in our offices.  No prior experience required – training provided.  The successful individual to fill this position will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.  Positions available at our corporate office in Dublin, Ohio and our Cleveland office, in University Circle, Cleveland, Ohio.  Full or Part-time available.
